Is 4 a constant or it's calculated somhow? What if there're less record in the table1 for that area/team than *4?

>what '47 *4 records' means
>ex.. at table1 i have more than 500 records belong to team 112
>when i make percentage i get 47 records
>i need to insert at new table 47*4=308 records randomly from table1 belong to area1 and team 112...etc...
