Hell, we could work the mouse and have both hands free, turn the pages of music whilst playing (and other ... ahem ... magazines). Trouble with grafting is you'd need hell of a dextrous butt muscles. Besides this would only work if we ALL had it, by evolution, otherwise you'd just be a freak!
