I was working with a radio button list control and was getting an error because the field the control was trying to bind to was null and there was no value in the list for null. It would be nice if list controls could go ahead and bind to the null or empty value by not selecting an item in the list instead of throwing a "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values" exception. Maybe this doesn't make sense for every control but null and empty values in bound list controls can be a pain to deal with in MM.
