I have a customer that is starting an exe created in vfp 6 sp3 and gets the error: Visual Foxpro could not start. Cannot create program workspace temp files.

The customer is able to run another one of my programs without a problem.

They have enough disk space and nothing is in the temp folder.

Any ideas on what it could be or what else to check.
