Hi,

Whenever Windows explorer is running, my machine does access the local network a lot and periodically accesses the internet. This besides slowing down considerably. Not a good sign.

Some time ago, perhaps during the installation fo VFP9 beta or one of the .NET express betas I may have foolishly agreed allow MS to follow my usage patterns. Perhaps the problem has something to do with that? I hope that is what it is and not something worse.

How would you do a fresh reinstall of Windows Explorer?
