EDT is eastern Daylight Savings Time, meaning we have switched to +5 hours from england UTC time. This is for the eastern seaboard of the United States. 10:00am EDT would be 17:00 or 5:00pm your time. When we go back to normal time there will be a 4 hour difference between england and us. This occurs in October I believe.
