but the code delete all records from table1,i need to delete just what i choice randomly from every area,i need to keep another records at table1.
ex..
if i have 580 records, and i take 240 records,just delete 240 records.
if i open table1 i can see 340 records for areacode1...
..

and ** Let's note, that I do not check, if we have the exact number of records or more (the probability is very low) - may need to add this check later...
i have area with teams more than 300 records if i (stop *4)
i must get 150 records at least, but i get 148 records only,if not exactly 150 records it's normal.
