I've not 'done this' - but if you check into any white papers from Jupiter Media you should see and understand the concept.

A good Example is the Dr. Angus web sites from Burger King. Lots O Traffic, but instead of writing up yet another server instance, it stayed within the BK domain and was 'served up' whenever one of the three Dr. Angus sites were 'hit' in a browser.

It's like having an 'empty' domain with just a jump url in the index.html , but on MONDO steroids, complete with a marketing plan and ad sponsership.

Whew.

Actually, its a competing 'product offering' to data driven feeds for 'empty' web sites. Data Driven Feeds are a large market, actually, with content dynamically generated and fed into 'your' site based on what you subscribed to/for.
