Steve has influenced me in a few ways - mostly with his presentations at Whilfest. Refactoring was an important one for me. I enjoyed meeting him and talking to him. I feel that the VFP community is losing one of its members and Steve has been a quality speaker and author.

Having said that, I am a self-employed VFP developer and can appreciate everthing Steve is saying. I have been fortunate in my dealings with my customers, sounds like maybe Steve has not.

I wish Steve the best of luck because he is a great guy.
