You can also use the MAPI controls that come with VFP if your mail system is MAPI compliant. There's a sample of how to do this that comes with VFP 5.0. Just run VFP\SAMPLES\SOLUTION\SOLUTION.APP (or something like that). It's pretty limited, but it sounds like it will do what you need.
