I've got dynamic column headers in a report form that look something like this:

The page has to remain standard portrait and the text size cannot go below 9. I think it looks crappy when the column header start wrapping. Unfortunately the header text could, though rarely would be, 250 characters in length. Can anyone think of a good layout design for this? I haven't come up with anything that doesn't just look like another flavor of crappy.
