Yep, dynamic headers.
>Do the column headers change dynamically? If so, it seems that a good wordwrap function that will make the appearance of the wrapped text acceptable would be the most helpful because I do not see any better means of designing the report within your constraints (9 points, portrait). Maybe someone else will have a better idea?

Unfortunately the header text could, though rarely would be, 250 characters in length. Can anyone think of a good layout design for this? I haven't come up with anything that doesn't just look like another flavor of crappy.
