Check the TNSNAMES.ORA file on the machine that it IS working on. Look for the "myserver" alias that you are using for the DBQ or SERVER connect string parameter. This information has to appear in the TNSNAMES.ORA file on all the other workstations.

This text file can be found in the Oracle Client installation folder under something like .\Network\Admin. Mine is in C:\Oracle\Ora92\Network\Admin
