Theres one called "REDEMPTION.DLL".
I also have corresoounded with some people that have indicated you can roll your by implementing a "custom form" to "push" the buttons.

There are some great foxpro SMTP solutions (wiki has a kool one!) that you could use. Does Outlook have to do the mailing?
