I've never witnessed one of these. Today here we had the remains of Frances. We were supposed to have around 3 to 4 inches of rain throughout the day. I'm not sut how much we got. We also had some stronger winds than usual.
I guess that the guy (or gal) in charge of the weather up there must be thinking.
"They already have their share of bad weather. If on top of that I throw them tornadoes it would'nt be fair. But I'll just scare them a bit just to let them know that it could be worst."
