Off the top of my head:
Dblclick Component services, then Computers. You'd see myComputer. Right click, properties then check COM security. It might be all you need to set to allow access for SYSTEM. If that doesn't do by itself open DCOM node, there find MS word application (might be document only - try). Right click and check properties\Security, Identity tabs.
For a more through what to set and where check for messages with keywords "preinstalled,access denied,createobject" - should be following DEVCON 2002.
