I'm suggesting that you create oConn inside the loop, and get rid of it at the bottom of the loop. You currently create oConn outside of the loop. My suggestion is only a test, to see if it will allow you to do all the records.
Also, I've got the same question as Cetin...why aren't you using an INSERT command?
