I think its a base language problem -
i.e. -
The scx/t was written for one language.
Your Version of Windows XP is for another language .

Can you make them match, some how ?

IF YOU KNOW THE BASE LANGUAGE that the VFP app 'wants' or 'should be' -
I would recommend that you either:
1. install 'that' version of Windows XP
or
2. make 'that' cersion' of 'that' language the default for your
Windows IME stuff prior to launching the VFP IDE .
