Outlook 2003, recently amended by Office SP1 (I presume) and recently amended by myself to:
1) add a new "account" (second from only 1, original still default);
2) add a "signature" to second account;
3) change default mail ??? from Word2003 to Outlook's internal handler.

Whenever I click on a 'mail' link (as in 'Contact us' or "Send feedback on this topic to Microsoft") I get a BELL and when I click on the Taskbar's Outlook icon I find a small dialog saying simply "Can't create the item".

What do I have to change to get this working again?
