In vegas parking is always free at the hotels (valet parking too... just tip the driver a buck)

Renting a car in Vegas is actually pretty cheap (compared to most cities)

I would look into the downtown hotels. THey are much cheaper than the strip. Fitzgeralds, Horseshoe, Golden Nugget etc... Those are some ideas.

Circus/Circus is sometimes econonimical.
