Mytable has 3 fields :

11111 cc 1000 a
11111 cd 1000 b
11111 cc 1001 c
11111 cd 1001 d

22222 cc 2000 a
22222 cd 2000 b
22222 cc 2002 c
22222 cd 2002 d

how to insert 4th field a,b,c,d to make each row different from one to another?
