I have this trivia for you!
Everyone knows that when we build in VS.Net, only IL is generated in a .exe (or .dll).
Everyone also knows that this IL is jitted on first execution of the assembly.
My question is: Where is the jitter saving its compilation results? How dows it know that the assembly has changed?
