Dear Terry,

Thank you so much for trying to help me out. No Terry, it is more simple than rows in the grid.
When grid gets the focus (click on any grid area: row, scrollbar, etc), the form itself jumps to the very top.(again form is bigger than the screen, and the grid at the bottom of the form)
Can't show to users with that behaviour.
