Hi all

I have created a FB database with a BLOB (Text) field to work as a memo field. I can add a new record and save it and alls well.

Now when I change something in another field and try to save I get the following error:

Error #: 1903
Message: String is too long to fit.
Line #: 56
Code: IF NOT (OLDVAL(lcFld) == CURVAL(lcFld))
Method: conflictcheck
Object: idatabehavior

I have confirmed this by removing the blob text field from the view and form and then editing is working as normal.

I am using CodeBook as the framework.

Please advise.
