That's the way search works in WinXP. See Re: Searching on Windows XP Pro Message #907986 for the ways to "fix" it.

Now I have XPPro and this function doesn't work anymore. It seems XPPRo won't look into VFP fiels (it seems to work only with .txt and .doc and similar files).
