Seems like he got the same punishment as JVP 2 years ago. I think more than 3 sensitive messages justifies that action.

It would appear so. There's been no official word, and I didn't see anything on ProFox today. As of this morning, you can't search on his name in "member search", his name on existing messages shows as text instead of a member profile link, and previous existing links (e.g. Dashboard list of online users) goes to a blank page. So I think it's reasonable to conclude he's gone for a considerable period of time.

Part of me thinks it's sad and unfortunate in general that this happened. But yes, if you go back and look at everything, he deserved it.
