I thought so. Because HLL always use prologue & epilogue :-)
That's why I suggest you make a simple win32 Asm program yourself. Have you ever write Win32 Asm program ? A simple win32 "hello world" can take about 70-80 lines of code. Try to debug that first! Then more complicated Asm program. Then you can start debug HLL.
