John,

I questioned (and did not support) you being banned. Bill was out of line. Usually that kind of rhetoric is smoothed, from the aggressive to sophmoric sarcasm, by editing before, the post. Bill failed in this regard. I cannot deny that. And I can't explain why - he is usually pretty clever guy.

In Bill's defense - he has been traveling alot. He is not as thick skinned as most of us. Many of us have probably visited these issues. I can't count how many times I wished I had the time and finances to take a 30 day holiday at a Betty Ford Clinic (and I am not on medication - nor do I have dependency issues). I just wanted to be mindless for a month or so!

These are crazy times. And, since you seem not to be gloating - I know you understand. Maybe someday - soon , Mike will allow Bill back. I don't think Bill has a personalty flaw. It may have been nothing more than a momentary lapse of judgement - caused by all sorts of external factors I am not aware of. Hopefully, the timeout, will be a benefit.
