Thanks for the reply. That machine doesn't have VFP. They are just running the APP like all the other workstations, except this single workstation encounters the problem I described with the OCX when the form is loading.

Do you have to do a reboot when you register and OCX? I haven't tried that yet because this workstation is also a server so I can't reboot it at this time.
