Welcome to the world of licensing. W2K Server comes with only 5 licenses (by default). This means that only 5 computers without license can connect to it. If I remember correctly, you have to wait 3 months before a license is 'freed'.

Professional versions of windows (XP Pro or W2K Professional) come with a "license", so ... If you need to connect, you can either buy more licenses for the server, or change to a professional version of windows.
