I've created a form with a four column grid. One of the columns holds a password which I want to be masked by the asterick. I set the password char to an asterick on the textbox for the column on the grid. When the cell has focus the mask works and the only thing that shows are astericks. However, if the cell does not have focus the true value of the password is shown. What gives? Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening?
