I have a database in my home computer. I want to update the database, which is storing inside office's SQL Server, from my database once weekly.

Normally, I work on my home computer, because connecting to the office endlessly is impossible. All updated information is storing in my home computer. I must transfer the updated information to office at least once a week.

I know SQL/Vfp can use some kind of method to connect and interchange the information. But I read through the Developer's Guide of Vfp5.0, couldn't find it. Can anyone tell me how to do?
