We have a saying in Norway: An idiot can ask more questions than ten wise men can answer. I seem to recall that you ask a lot, mostly for other people to prove their points.

This is my only message in this thread, John. This discussion is just way too stupid. It reminds me of the fact that the car industry was warned that they should be careful, and probably would have to stop making cars because they had invented the aeroplane. Amazingy I still see more cars than aeroplanes.
