They are wrong. Unless they are actually storing 250MB with each 8MB they are claiming is the limit.

UPDATE: You are stating 8MB. Is that the limit you are hitting when processing? What is the actual size of the FTP file when you hit that limit? There is such a thing as memo file bloat if memo fields are edited.
