Apparently, you aren't the only one who took what I said the wrong way... so let me apologize for the misunderstanding. I certainly did not mean that you are a code monkey. If you read my post again, you'll see that I never made any comments regarding talent level throughout the world.

What I'm trying -- unsuccessfully it would seem -- to say is that no business should consider moving the important, business decision related coding halfway across the world. It just doesn't make good business sense. That also means that businesses in Bulgaria shouldn't outsource the main architecture/business decision making code work to the US. The money savings would be temporary and outweighed by the obvious problems.
