There may be a better way, but the only way I know to do it for multiple table results is the following, after you get the result set back from SQL into a dataset...

MyDataResults.Tables[0].TableName = "myTableOfCustomers";
MyDataResults.Tables[1].TableName = "myTableOfProducts";

If there's a better way to do this, I'd be interested to learn as well!
