Yes, I understood what you were asking and I answered your question already: this should not be a problem.

However, I do foresee some issues if people *think* that they are controlling the position of the DLL as part of their setup procedures and then fully-path the reference in their DECLARE DLL statements; this may not work if VFP finds a different copy of the file for any reason. That's why I wrote a bit more than the answer to your question <s>.

You really don't have to write any code <g>.

You just need to use a variable holding an object reference in the Expression field in the dialog. The object reference should be an Image control with its PictureVal property appropriately filled.
