Are you setting REPORTB to 80 or 90?

How did you set the image for the PictureVal property? And, if REPORTB is 80, how did you set the clip/stretch property for the layout element?

On what basis would you like it to change? Yes, you would have to write some code to get it to change, but you haven't said at all what you are trying to do, so I can't tell you how to do it. There are a lot of choices.
