>Therein lies the problem. Schools of advanced learning should never lower their standards. If the universities maintained the same level of standards as 20 years ago, instead of fewer capable students in their schools a new level of education would emerge to bridge the gap. It may also bring the extremity of the situation to the publics awareness.
