You obviously have the authority to do as you wish, but I think even veteran and generally well-behaved members who help support your forum are concerned with your recent actions.
I did notice that you marked Jay's message as sensitive very quickly - indicating that specific existing content triggered a 'sensitive rating'. Since you indicated that a specific word would get triggered as sensitive, there's always the possibility that other words will do so as well.
While I think most agree that profanity or disguised profanity (as we saw with Jim Nelson yesterday) is a no-no, perhaps you could post a list of all other words that can lead to trouble.
