Dear Sir/madam

My mouse is not scrolling in VB6 editing windows .

I was advise to download VB6IDEMouseWheelAddin.dll and register it and add the refrence to my project and it will work.

But due to some Problem I am unable to open Microsoft download site in my explorer.

If any can mail me the above file it will be very kind
