Im planning of getting the special offer of Visual Studio .Net 2003 Special Edition, but .Net 2005 is coming. Is this can be upgraded to .Net 2005 with a cheaper price?

Im after the price and the package of MS SQL Dev edition & Windows Server 2003 Standard for my personal use...
