Does anyone know how to set the destination file in Acrobat 6 from Word?

I have an application that worked with Acrobat 4 and 5 but does not work with 6 !

I need to mail merge a document in Word and then print to acrobat. It works fine except that the PDF file is not in the correct folder and does not have the correct name. Assume adobe have moved the filename setting somewhere?
