Hmm, this behavior is certainly different than what I experienced when I tested this. Then again, I did this directly from the command window. I disabled it via the API, and then left my desk for a long enough period so that it would have activated (more than 3 minutes). It didn't. When I changed it back, it did. If you run the same test with the same results, please let me know.
