After that will be “intent” (managements interpretation of what you “surely meant”), followed by “thoughts you would like to express but good taste prevented”. Management is becoming more and more sophisticated and attempting to protect us from the evils of the world.

Well, this is not a democracy and even a democracy has its problems! :)
