My understanding from John Petersen is that he received no direct warnings. If my understanding is false in any way, I'll gladly stand corrected. But that's my understanding.

But if my understanding is correct, then I suppose it's reasonable to assume that the UT reserves the right to ban without warning.

(and to reiterate, I believe everyone...including John...recognizes that the UT can do as it pleases.)
