Yes, you are right. Actually I think CTRL+W is better because I normally want to save my changes.

If I click on the X in the upper right, I get the question, so CTRL+F4 is the same as clicking in the upper right. So if I dodn't want to save my changes then CTRL+F4 would be the best.

Anyway, its remarkable that MS produce faulty menus and don't bother to fix them. I have downloaded SP1 and the error still persists.

My feeling about MS is they are working so hard in the next upgrade that they never get time to fix the current version. What they need are product managers rather than evangelists. I think Ken Levy has the one purpose of selling the next upgrade. I think if he went to the design team and asked them to fix glitches, he would be told where to go.

I have taken a number of problems with VFP 8 to MS and each time they say they will work on it but 6 months later nothing. One nice thing, they give you 2 free phone calls. Each time I call, they still say I have 2 free calls left because they can't fix my problems.
