Hy Tracy,

I'm not sure why VFP7 runtime installation should affect VFP8 application and vise versa. Anyway, you can copy all required DLL's (including mscvcr70.dll, which cannot be registered, btw) into application directory. You don't have to register any of them this way.

>We have a location that is running our application in VFP8 and another company's application in VFP7. Whenever the user installs either application, the opposite app quits working. I know positively that our app's resource files and temporary files are stored in a different location but it appears that we store our runtime files in the same location.

The only problem I can see is the mscvcr70.dll which has to be registered. I do not believe this file changed between version 7 and 8, correct?
