OK I went through all of the BUTM setup options - nothing even remotely related to "enabling display of Sensitive marker"!

In the top panel messages look like this:

i.e. they finish with a date and time, not a message ID so that's not it.

In the lower panel I see the Thread ID and Message ID only when composing a response (in the area immediately to the right of the Forum, Category and Title fields. When not composing I do not see message ID's in the lower panel - where the *!@%$ am I supposed to be looking.

Update:
Found it, on the pull down menu (Message View Setup) on the top right of the lower panel is an option 'Enable Message Header'.

Excellent facility - select a Sensitive Message in order to find out that it is sensitive.
