On that command unfortunately You can't use the progress. The only way to show that something happens to user, is to play AVI files that comes with VFP. BTW I preffer to use brackets instead of macro, but that is only my oppinion.

It depends how You export the data. You just open the newly created workbook with COPY TO... XL5 there is not a way. But If You export the data with some cycle You can initialize MAX value of the progressbar before cykle & increment by 1 in each step with cykle.
